'This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. '

'The service is exceptional. Elio will help you with scheduling water taxis and other services. Great restaurant recommendations. There is no food in the hotel. The property is located in the center of Venice in a great location. The room is very clean and beautiful. The room was smaller than anticipated after viewing the photos. The room had a small bathroom with a shower, no tub and a small closet.'

'Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. 'The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful.'
