« This is a well placed apartment in a generally quiet area of old València. We were able to easily walk to most places we wanted to visit. The apartment is spacious with lots of space for planning activities and relaxing. We had a problem with the bed on our first day which was promptly and well addressed by our host. Our only hesitation is that it is an old building and the soundproofing between floors is not perfect. Normally this would not be a problem but our last night the people above us...

« This is a lovely flat, well-equipped and comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. It’s very close to Valencia Nord railway station in an area with lots of East Asian restaurants and takeaways - we ate a different cuisine every night. It’s close to metro stations and a good base for exploring the city. The hosts let us have access to the flat before the usual 4pm start which was very much appreciated, The only small niggle was that we let them know our exact arrival time but still had to wait...

« Great studio apartment with up-to-date appliances and all the other amenities we like. Unfortunately, we are avid road cyclists and upon arrival were told we could not bring bikes inside the apartment. There was enough space at the landing near the entry door to the apartment for two bikes, but we had to drag the bikes back and forth to the rental place (a 5km adventure through busy traffic each way) every day. Normally we bring our own high-end road bikes, but because we spent time in Granada...

« Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery.
