'La habitación nos encantó a mi familia y a mi con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda, cama, sofá cama y cocina amplia. Está bien ubicado si buscas estar cerca del mar. Lo que le faltó fue una secadora de ropa creo es necesaria pues con una estancia de más de dos días uno quiere lavar ropa pero con tiempo de invierno no se alcanza a secar ya que hay que colgar la ropa en los muebles, también el agua de la regadera dura poco tiempo caliente al igual para tiempo de invierno si es...

'We had a great 5 night stay. Host was responsive and flexible and check-in/out was very easy. Place was clean and matched pictures, with a few-blocks easy walk to the beach and many restaurants near by. Street parking is free, and didn't have to work too hard to find spots. It's street level, and can be noisy in daytime hours, but windows shut out street noise well when closed. '

'Locatie was niet echt gezellig, maar als je enkel een schone slaapplek zoekt en 15 min van het strand dan zit je prima. Het dakterras is heel mooi, verder in de buurt is het een getto. Niet onveilig, maar wel ongezellig en zeker niet foto waardig. Wel wat leuke restaurantjes, maar als het je eerste keer is, ga naar het oude centrum, echt een wereld van verschil. '

'The location is excellent, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turiapark. The old town is within walking distance or just a short inexpensive taxi ride away. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable and cozy. Everything is provided, both for culinary and cultural needs.Justo is the perfect host, very helpful and discreet. We stayed 6 nights in sept/oct 25.'

'The apartment was clean but not like the photos. It didn’t have a living room or seating area - only a small kitchenette with a hot plate and limited dishes/cooking utensils. No cleaning supplies, limited towels, and only 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied. No sofa or comfortable chairs - only a small table and hard folding chairs. We made it work for what we needed but it was a disappointment for sure. '

'The service and the apartment. Just as a note, some of the ceiling fans did not work, not needed though as we had air con. And the toilet roll holder was broken when we came in. But just very small things. We had a great time. Questions were answered quick and great to hear dutch speaking of Rafa, who we met on our arrival Thank you!!!'
