'Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. 'Property looks cool in pictures, however, it’s poorly constructed and not worth the headache. Upstairs shower isn’t useable - floor slopes away from drain so water overflows and floods. Since the entire floor slopes the water floods the entire upstairs and will overflow down. Soaked our suitcases. Happens every time you use it whether you’re in the shower for 1 minute or 5 minutes. Property is fine if it’s just two people and you only use downstairs.'
