'I had a lovely stay here in Paterna! A very good, flexible & communicative host.. Thank you.. I liked the parking inside, so no stress about finding a parking place. The backyard catches alot of sun wich makes it a lovely place to stay with family & friends. Perhaps have a little Barbecue or what not. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay!'

'Property looks cool in pictures, however, it’s poorly constructed and not worth the headache. Upstairs shower isn’t useable - floor slopes away from drain so water overflows and floods. Since the entire floor slopes the water floods the entire upstairs and will overflow down. Soaked our suitcases. Happens every time you use it whether you’re in the shower for 1 minute or 5 minutes. Property is fine if it’s just two people and you only use downstairs.'

'Comfortable beds, clean, great TV quiet area. The only negative is the metal steps are very noisy and can be heard from the other apartments'
