State Migratory Waterfowl Refuge

Notre avion a été annulée. Il n’était plus possible de modifier notre réservation à ce moment là puisque notre voyage avait le statut “en cours” sur la plateforme d’expedia. En arrivant à l’hôtel le lendemain, notre chambre avait été louée à d’autres personnes malgré que notre argent ait été encaissée par expedia. L’hôtel mettait la faute sur expedia disant qu’ils les avaient avisés alors qu’expedia niait le tout et disait que l’hôtel avait été payée. Nous étions dans le lobby à presque 1h du matin à chercher des solutions. Expedia nous a simplement répondu 6 jours plus tard qu’il n’y aurait aucun remboursement et ne nous ont offert aucune assistance. Memphis n’est pas sécuritaire en pleine nuit. La directrice de l’hôtel nous a finalement aidé trouvé une solution, par chance. Expedia ne prennent pas leurs responsabilités quand un problème survient et c’est la deuxième fois qu’ils m’offrent un service de la sorte et me mettent dans une situation à risque dans un autre pays.

I don’t think I have ever been to such a cool, eclectic, just beautiful hotel…ever! Let’s start with the quick/friendly assistance the staff gave to make sure when we arrived, everything was easy…from parking to getting access to the hotel/room. Yes, it was via text…but there was no question or issue not taken care of! Stepping in the hotel was like going back in time…everything was just magical…well to me at least! The room was even better; beautifully decorated…vintage fridge and microwave just made it just so very cool. Huge TV! And loved the bathroom. Again, they took their time creating such a great ambiance! We also visited the bar…loved is an understatement! Again everything was vintage…gave us such an old world feel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! If I could give the our experience a 20 out of 10 I would! Highly recommend!

EXTREMELY Clean, Fantastic Staff, Laundry in Each unit, Indoor and Outdoor FREE parking available ! Indoor Parking Secured! Alot of extra touches by Management that makes this property one of a kind and always want to return!
