« Upon arriving at our house a representative from the rental company was in the unit doing a final inspection. She said there was a problem with the tv and wanted to make sure it worked for us! « This place was a dream. A quintessential New England cottage that had everything we needed: including a downstairs bedroom suite with its own bathroom, living, and hot tub! It was a big enough space where we could all be together, but spread out if needed. It looked quite literally brand new...so clean and modern as though it were built yesterday. I bet it is gorgeous in the summer, too! I would stay here again, for sure. Thanks! »

What was not acceptable was the listing stating the amenities having a pool there is no pool and when I made the listing with Expedia that was one of the important to me to include pool on site as an amenity. « Awesome property!!! Everything was clean and accommodating. It was a bonus that there were hiking trails and even a beach. Highly recommend if you are looking for a family friendly atmosphere. Only downfall was the bed on the first floor was a full size. Would have liked the bed to be a little bit bigger, but was not a deal breaker. »

« We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay in the white mountains. Communication was easy, very clean, kitchen has lots of pots, pans, baking dishes etc.. house is dog friendly and lots of places to go for a walk. We are a family of 5 adults and we all fit comfortably. »
