'We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property.'

"What a lovely motel – exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, there’s a beautiful and well-maintained pool with toys, and we really appreciated being able to park right outside our door. We received a warm welcome. We arrived a little early, but luckily a room was already available. It was great that they were so accommodating. The souvenir selection was a nice touch! There are plenty of dining options nearby. Mt. Washington is easily accessible from the motel. We had planned to take the train up to the Mount Washington Observatory Deck, which was a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Greetings from the Netherlands. 🇳🇱"
