'Comfortable beds, clean room and a delicious breakfast. '

'I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn next time'

'Prima hotel, kamer netjes en fris. Alleen was de lift op moment van bezoek defect. Dat was lastig! '

'The property had easy access and presented well. Overall a positive stay. Ate breakfast out.'

'When I walked into the front desk it smelled terribly. I went to check-in, wasn't a problem. I asked to see the pool and I was told that it wasn't operatable, you know, where the hot tub, when I made the reservations through Expedia, everything was fine. I see my grandchildren once every 3 months, and this was a trip that I had planned and needless to say, I had very disappointed grandsons because of false advertisement. The pool had been broken for several months. As well as the hot tub as far...

'The front desk staff was VERY RUDE!'

'The area was nice..the hotel was right next to 81..it was clean..front desk was very efficient and friendly..breakfast was really nice..I would definitely stay at this property again!'

'Outstanding service'

'Unfortunately, an unwanted person had climbed the fence to use the swimming facility. She was on her phone acting like she had lost her mind screaming foul language for over an hour. Come to find out she then changed her clothes right there on the pool deck all of this, of course, was seen from above window and then she hopped the fence and walked away, cursing at her phone. Really not the staff’s fault.'

'Staff were very helpful and attentive.'

'Beautiful setting and conveniently located. Outdoor cleanup, trash removal could be improved.'

'The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235'

'The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, checked in on us throughout our stay, helped with a tv remote issue and offered extras to compensate for our very small issue. Breakfast was great as well as the kitchen staff who made sure everything was kept well stocked. Room was clean and comfortable. Best hotel stay we have had in quite some time! We will definitely be back again when we visit our Hokie at VT!'
