No towels upon arrival to our room. 6 guests sleeping in our room and we’re not provided with enough pillows for people sleeping on the sofa bed. Went to the desk asking for extra pillows and was told they had none. Barely any cars in the parking lot so it seemed like rooms were empty and they could’ve grabbed extra from a vacant room. Breakfast was not hot fresh food, just pastries and fruit. Also was under the impression that this hotel was recently renovated and our room was old, dirty and gum and other stuff stuck on the rug. Not bad but not great especially for the price.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and the kitchenette was helpful. The beach is a very short walk and the front office had passes to purchase there for a better deal than down at the boardwalk. It’s a very short walk to shops and restaurants as well. Staff was very kind and understanding with us traveling with our son with special needs as well.

I guess i would give it 3.5 ish, new and clean yes but shouldnt it be? A couple things we were turned off by..we booked through hotels.com and didn't know about the app so we couldnt check in at a kiosk. We also we got an email when the room was ready not a text on cell like the told us we would therefore we didn't know for 2 hours. that was fun to discover. I also hate to say it but i felt iffy around some staff unfortunately, not in the best safe way, and because its attached to foxwoods that defintely also made me feel uneasy with safety and the people that are at casinos.. ehh my husband would go back, id prefer PA or Boston honestly.
