Hôtel de ville de Maputo

The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this.

L’équipe de réception a été très serviable. L’hôtel a besoin d’une petite rénovation tout en gardant le style actuel. Surtout pas d’entrer dans la modernité!

The key card system was not working upon my arrival, so I had to rely on the hotel staff to enter and exit my room. The restaurant was already closed at 9:30 pm when I arrived. I was initially told that my shirts could not be processed within the same day, but this was eventually arranged after I insisted. Overall, this was a below-average experience.
