'Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....

When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute. 'The room was spacious, featuring high-quality amenities and a well-designed interior. However, there were a few drawbacks. The shower tended to leak water outside, though this can be mitigated with careful use. Additionally, while the breakfast offerings were fresh, the variety was limited and could be improved. On a positive note, the coffee was excellent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.'
