« Sparkling room. Beautiful esthetic in the entire hotel. Breakfast was amazing with great decorating & seating. Staff was pleasant, informative, & accommodating. Location was perfect. Pet friendly and my Carl (dog) slept like a baby. Will definitely be returning. ~Ann from Central Oregon »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived.
