Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk manager during my second visit was disappointing. Due to an emergency, I was unable to arrive for my reservation the previous night. I explained the circumstances and asked whether I could still receive the breakfast I had already paid for and continue with my scheduled massage. The manager responded in a manner I found rude...

'No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!'
