Perched on a stunning coastal cliff, Spirit on the Water is more than a vacation rental, it's a soulful retreat for rest, connection, and inspiration. Whether you're looking to unwind, celebrate, or simply take in the magic of the Caribbean, this serene, multi-villa property invites you to feel at home and create meaningful memories.

There is a stillness here that is felt before you finish unpacking. From the cliff you look out on islands scattered across the water, the house sits at the point where they meet. Our property has been called a vortex, where people come worn down and leave well without knowing why. A private and tranquil stay built for relaxation and memories.

Three pods sit along the cliff edge. The main one holds five bedrooms around an open kitchen and a coral stone terrace, with the saltwater infinity pool at the center of it all. The Vision stands separate, three bedrooms with wraparound balconies and its own outdoor kitchenette. The Treehouse Studio is above them on its own, a single room with a kitchenette and a private deck. The whole group spreads across all three without living on top of each other, then comes back together at the pool, the hammocks, the firepit lounge, or the yoga deck facing open water.

• The Great Room, a big indoor room used for yoga when it rains

• Dream Suite: queen bed and two twins. Private deck with its own lounge, looking over the infinity pool to the ocean. Ensuite
• Blue Moon Room: queen bed and a twin. Hammock and a small patio outside the door, over the pool. Its own bathroom around the corner
• Wellness Room: two twin beds that push together into a king. Writing desk, courtyard and ocean views
• The Loft: a twin daybed, in a small room off the courtyard
• The Branch: queen bed and two twins. Its own bathroom

• Dream Suite ensuite: walk-in glass shower, double vanity, window over the water
• Blue Moon: around the corner in the hallway, walk-in shower under a skylight
• Courtyard bathroom: indoor-outdoor, painted wall and pedestal sink inside, open-air shower out under the sky. Serves the Wellness Room and the Loft
• The Branch: walk-in shower and curved sink
• Every bathroom is stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beach towels are on your bed when you arrive

The Vision - 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus:
• Its own outdoor kitchenette with a bar and stools, looking out at the water
• A top-floor family room used for meditation and retreats, with a daybed and a sofa

• Four refrigerators for guests, plus ovens, microwave and dishwasher
• Coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware
• Two long tables in the courtyard for meals outside, with a BBQ grill and grill tools
• A kitchenette in each pod, with a fridge, sink and microwave. The Vision's is outdoors, with a bar and stools

Living Areas
• Indoor-outdoor living room off the courtyard, two couches with the hammocks in view. The doors open the full width toward the ocean and stay open
• The Great Room, a big indoor room with couches around an arched fireplace. Used for yoga when it rains
• The Vision's top-floor family room, with a sofa and a daybed looking out at the water. Retreat groups use it for meditation and practice

Outdoors
• Saltwater infinity pool running to the cliff edge, with floating loungers and sun loungers on the deck
• Yoga deck out over the water on its own level, with mats, blocks, straps and bolsters provided
• Firepit lounge on the pool deck
• Three decks that groups get married on, one with a mosaic spiral set into the tile
• The Temple, up the hill on its own, for private yoga, meditation or a massage
• Hammocks, and the coral stone terrace off the kitchen

Guest access
You have the run of all three pods for your stay: every bedroom in this listing, the kitchens, the pool, the decks and the yoga deck. The only exception is the host's/ onsite manager quarters, which are private and not one of the guest bedrooms. The host is not on the property during your stay unless she is running a retreat with you.

House Rules
• Check-in after 3 PM, checkout before 11 AM
• Self check-in, our manager meets you and walks you through the property
• Guests must be 18 or over to book
• Pets welcome, pet fee applies
• Smoking outdoors only
• Events and extra guests by prior approval
• Rainwater cisterns, please go easy on the water
• No food left on the counters

Things to Note
• The road down to the house is steep, with switchbacks. A jeep or SUV handles it best, though many guests manage in a standard car by taking it slowly. The approach is also what keeps the property private, as no one drives down this road without meaning to.
• The main level is step-free from the kitchen through to the pool, and the Wellness Room is on that level
• The Vision sits about 54 steps below the yoga deck. Anyone who would rather not manage stairs should take a bedroom in the main villa
• Three exterior cameras are in place, covering the driveway, the pool and the stairs down to The Vision. They are reviewed only if an issue arises. Let us know if you would prefer the pool and staircase cameras covered during your stay.
