Blokhutten in St. Stephen

'The first room we were given was hot as the A/C unit was dirty and not maintained properly. The second room we moved to had a plugged tub drain and low water pressure on the shower. The third room we were moved too was ok but it smelled of cigarrete smoke and it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast was not very good as the eggs were very runny and tasted like water mixed with eggs. The laundry room had half of the washer's and drier's OOC. I would not stay in another facility again unless it's a...

'This is basically a shelter for people in displacement. I found roaches on my first day, our room door key mechanism stop working day before checking out, had to wait in lobby 2.5hrs with a special need child, housekeeping are nasty, regret staying here, never again! I won’t be back do not stay here!'
