This beach apartment is very spacious! Bring the family and enjoy the beach from this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit! There is a partial view of the gulf from your balcony. This is one of 3 rentals on the property all which share a pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a bbq and your own private beach access! This unit is located in a 2-story apt bldg that sits just behind a little beach cottage (also avail for rent) on the Gulfside. One flight of outdoor stairs required to access unit. (see pics)
The space
This unit is unique and offers flex space!! You can occupy this unit as one large 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment or separate it into 2 apartments for one great price!!

As one large apartment there is a King bed in the Master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd.

There is also the option to close the back of this apartment off with a locking door and turn it into a 1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen. (great for guests coming with extended family or friends)

The front of the unit will function as a 2 bedroom 1 bath with one king and 2 twin beds with small kitchen/living room combo and the back as a 1/1 with kitchen. There is also a separate entrance from the outside to access the 1/1 space if you chose.

We do have (one) pack n play and (one) high chair available for our guests to use. These are available on a first come first serve basis. Please note in your reservation if you will be requiring either or both of those items.

Our rentals come with 2 beach chairs, towels and misc beach items for complimentary use while staying with us.

Please note: The pool and hot tub are not heated. Hot tub does not work. Fireplace in this unit is also not functional. This rental is located on the 2nd Floor of a 2-story bldg. This apartment has individual wall units for A/C and no heat. Space heaters are provided for the few cold nights we have in Florida :)
Guest access
You will have your own digital entry code to this unit. This code will be provided the day of check-in. If bringing a vehicle please be sure to park in the space in the front of the building marked "Courtyard". Please note: This is your allotted space. Please DO NOT PARK in any of the other spaces as they are assigned to other guests. This cottage comes with (2) Free parking space
