'Super locatie en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen!'

'Breakfast excellent Room small and somewhat noisy, very clean and excellent bed Bathroom dated but clean'

'Stayed many times over the 3 years my son has been at UEA. Normally very good. Unfortunately the most recent was a little disappointing mostly due to the room I was allocated. I booked an executive single based on a previous stay in one of these rooms however the nicer rooms are actually only the doubles. It isn’t made very clear that an executive single purely means a slightly bigger bed. There’s nothing really executive about them (or room 15 anyway) whatsoever. In fact the room looks...

'Medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes prima. Continental ontbijt buffet prima, ook aanbod plantaardige zuivel producten. Heerlijk bed.

'Stayed in a family room with mini kitchen. Ample parking, very close to the main street with restaurants and bars, just a walkover to get there. Cathedral and park next door. Lovely and welcoming staff.'

'Not comfortable for three people, no space at all, third bed was a army bed.'

'The staff were fabulous. Super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The included breakfast incredible!'

'Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in'

'Hotel was outdated and pool was empty, fitness was closed and food was horrible'

'Great service very helpful would recommend this to you would be happy to stay again thank you.'

'Avoid. Bed bug ridden, dirty, uncontactable managers. We ended up staying outside on the street overnight after we discovered the bugs and nowhere else was open to book. Horrific hotel.'

'I had a great stay here cheap and on a budget but clean and beds comfortable'

'Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
