'Danny at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating when we checked in for our stay when we walked by after we checked in, he made sure he addressed us and asked us if we needed any assistance or had any questions. He was the perfect host very hospitable very warm, friendly a pleasure to deal with.'

The cleanliness of the room was sub par enough to take this from a 5 star experience to a 3. I would stay here again though, but I would come expecting to do some cleaning upon arrival.'

'The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast buffet is pretty good in comparison. The hotel was relatively new but the water pressure seemed very weak for a newer property. We tried adjusting the shower head to every setting but it was still weak. The bathroom sink water pressure was very low too. The location was good with many stores & amenities nearby. '

'My stay was horrible they tried to charge me $275 for a broken lamp that was already broken! Additional $50 for bedding because of red dye that was out of my control. I called the facility the manager was disrespectful hung up on me multiple times. I wouldn’t go back even if I wanted to. They put me on a do not return list and I’m okay with that because they are very disrespectful in there. I wouldn’t stay there especially if you have an issue and have to talk to a manager! '

'Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used.
