'OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. He arranged for our trip to Nevis and made sure we were looked after. We even got a tour of the marketplace. We felt like family. This place was...

'Just an all around Perfect stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Biggest interruptions were monkeys and an occasional rooster! delightful hahaRooms were very clean and the decor was entirely fitting for a very private and comfortable getaway. 'This property is second to none. It is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places we have ever stayed. Very private and you practically have the beach to yourself. The Pavilion area is such a cool vibe with the pool and restaurant right there to use as well. Very close to the Hyatt and many other bars/restaurants. 'The Coconut Farm is an incredible place to stay. Beautiful setting, so peaceful with great beach and view of Nevis. Walkable restaurants and bars nearby, but do rent a car if you’re going to the grocery or frigate bay. The house is perfect with everything you could need. One of our favorite homestays we’ve ever had. Would definitely come back. '

'The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.'

'It had the most beautiful view of any place I've ever stayed (in 60 years). I could see 280 degrees, from the sunrise over the ocean to the sunset over St. Kitts. I was afraid it would be too hot in July, but the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean kept it cool. I never turned on the AC in the bedroom. I loved just sitting on the verandah and relaxing.'

'What a change of scenery this was compared to living in a city! Now that I'm back home, I miss the sounds of nature from this place. At first, the sounds of the insects, goats and chickens was kind of a shock to my system. I had a hard time sleeping for the first night or two. But I totally got used to it, and now I miss it.
