Salty Kisses & Goodnight Wishes is a one bedroom (with AC), fully equipped, home on the peaceful side of St. John, in lovely Coral Bay.
Coral Bay’s bars, restaurants and small shops are just a few minutes down the road and the North Shore beaches are short 10-minute drive away. And if you are seeking a bit more excitement Cruz Bay is not far and we can even arrange taxi service if you would like to plan a carefree night on the “town”.
While you can always enjoy a gentle breeze and very few bugs the house also features ceiling fans and AC.
The bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, DISH television and DVD player, and offers beautiful views of the lush green mountains from the slider doors that lead to the expansive deck.
The living room is inviting and offers a carefully curated library of books that tell you the story of St. John (fiction and non fiction) as well as a collection of games, birding books and binoculars to enjoy the daily feathered visitors. DISH television and DVD player and Bluetooth speakers allow you to play your own soundtrack for your stay in paradise.
The full kitchen has everything you could want including; microwave; dishwasher; coffee maker, toaster, blender; full sets of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, knives etc. unleash your inner chef if you are so inclined. Or enjoy the delicious selection of restaurants situated in Coral Bay.
The deck offers a lovely view of Coral Bay harbor and has a dining area as well as comfy outdoor sofa. In fact that is where we spend most of our time when we are there!
Private driveway and quiet neighborhood make this a perfect place to relax and let Love City recharge your soul.

Just what I was looking for
Great place (exactly like the online photos) with great amenities- beach chairs, cooler, etc. I took advantage of renting the jeep which was a great way to get around the island. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated to be met at the ferry after a day of traveling and then drive back to the villa. Communication was great as well.

What a gem! Everything you need to experience Coral Bay! Listening to the tree frogs at night while looking at the stunning Coral Bay was out of this world! Please be aware that you must know how to handle a jeep to get up to property!

Just perfect
My husband and I stayed 6 nights and loved our time in Salty Kisses and Goodnight Wishes.
We chose Amanda's place because it looked peaceful, is on the quiet side of St. John, and is close to the best hiking and snorkeling areas. We absolutely made the right choice and would definitely stay there again.
The rental was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, with amazing views from the inside and outside areas. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedroom was large and comfortable. The road to the driveway was narrow and hilly, but all of the roads in St. John are! It was nice to be close to the main road. We could be just about anywhere within 20 minutes.
We rented the Jeep from Amanda, which included transportation from and to the ferry dock. So easy!
Amanda drove us along North Shore Road, pointing out the major sites and giving information about the area along the way. She also showed us the grocery markets and some of the other businesses in Coral Bay before arriving at the apartment. The Jeep was ideal for getting around the island; its maneuverability and size is really helpful in the tight parking areas and on the hilly, narrow roads.
Communication with Amanda before and during our stay was fantastic. She answered promptly and was always very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed meeting her and are so grateful that she chooses to share this amazing property with the rest of us!

Beautiful!
Everything was perfect. The view was beautiful, I loved watching the sun come over the bay in the morning and seeing all the hillside lights at night. The home has everything you could need and I loved the decor. It was our first time visiting the Island and Amanda was very kind and helpful with all any questions we had. We would love to come back someday.

Our favorite VRBO stay on St. John
Clean, easy to get to, quiet, and just right for 2 people. Owner lives downstairs but you'd never know that anyone is there...but she is there if you need anything, even a rental Jeep. We have stayed in 10 properties on St. John over a 25-year period, and this is our favorite. Hope to get back again soon.

Salty Kisses
We LOVED IT!!! The location was perfect for us! 10 -15 minute ride to most all our favorite beaches and minutes from our favorite restaurants and shops. Living in among the Coral Bay residents has become our favorite spot! The house itself was perfect, clean and well appointed, it had all we needed and Amanda was GREAT!

Enjoy a great view of Coral Bay
The house is perched on a steep hill overlooking Coral Bay and the fun neighborhood (Skinny Legs restaurant). It’s just the right size for 2. Nice covered and uncovered deck. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice features such as a shower with stone walls. We rented the manager’s Jeep which was convenient. Amanda was great to work with and very accessible.
