Vind je ideale hotel in St Ives

'Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm.'

'Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend.'

'Longview is what you call a hidden gem. Let's start with the basics. Rooms are spacious. Have a full equipped kitchen. Wifi is free. Room comes with breakfast which is already in the room upon arrival. Egs, bread,Orange Juice, bacon, cheese, milk, cereal, tomatoes. Selection of tea and coffee for in a french press. 'Comfy bed with good heating in room, block out blinds, seating area and large bench. Nice to have a toaster and microwave in the room too. Aldi is located about 200m away so handy to grab last minute bits and pieces or meals to heat. Would stay again if in the area.'

Spent most of our showers in barely warm water..sometimes cold. 1 inch gap under main room door meant well lit hallway made the room very bright at night and very noisey when people used hallway. Didn't receive our continental breakfast on the 3rd day. Restaurant does great meals though'

'This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive.
