'Prachtig onderhouden en zeer goed uitgerust en bovendien het schoonste appartement dat we in jaren hebben gezien. Het ligt prachtig op een helling met uitzicht over Carbis Bay en St. Ives. Een waar genoegen om hier te kunnen verblijven, topsegment! Enige minpuntje was een complete verbouwing/renovatie die gaande is (juli-aug. 2016) op een verdieping hoger in het complex. Dit bracht de nodige lawaaioverlast met zich mee die overigens na melding gemaakt te hebben aanzienlijk werd teruggebracht....

'Really nicely presented hotel in a great location. 5 mins from train station and five mins from the town. Rooms on the smallish side, however the balcony helps as a place to relax. Very friendly and courteous staff so we recommend a stay if you are in the area.'

'This lovely hotel is well positioned for a stay in St Ives. It’s out of the town which makes parking and travelling around very easy. You can catch a bus or taxi to the centre easily. The restaurant could be improved - if you had a great chef in the hotel - this place would be awesome. At the moment it’s pretty hard to get cooked toast with your poached eggs at breakfast. The staff too are pretty changeable some are fantastic - others one guy in particular, tired and in need of a holiday...
