Welcome to Second Wind! This 1st Tier home is located in the gated community of the Plantation. Boasting access to the multitude of community amenities such as bike paths, nature trails, tennis courts, pickle ball court, two community pools, and a fitness center. "Second Wind" is a four bedroom, five bathroom home located across the street from the beach. Boasting a large private pool with plenty of paver pool decking to lounge on around the pool. The large living area features a comfortable sectional, built-in book case, TV, and gas fireplace. The large dining table seats ten with an additional three seats being found at the breakfast bar. The stunning kitchen boasts marble counters, stainless appliances including a gas stove, kitchen island and plenty of cabinetry that is well stocked with everything you could need. The master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large soaker tub. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds. One bathroom features a walk-in tub. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third floor loft features a double bunk bed. A secondary living area features more seating, a sofa and desk.
