Main Living Level
Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area feels bright and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals and offers both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning coffee preference.
The welcoming screened front porch extends the living space outdoors and provides a relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon conversations, or quiet evenings after sunset.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and direct access to a private sun deck with beautiful Gulf views. A queen bedroom also enjoys access to its own private sun deck. The bunk room is perfect for younger guests and offers a twin-over-double bunk along with an additional twin bed. A shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the queen and bunk bedrooms.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Key Lime Cottage. Guests can relax on the screened front porch, soak up the sunshine from either of the two elevated sun decks, or gather downstairs in the covered entertainment area complete with comfortable seating, dining space, a bar, and porch swing.

Beach access is approximately 250 steps from the home, with multiple nearby access points making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sugar-white sand and sparkling Gulf waters. Guests will appreciate the excellent beach views and convenient walkable location.
