The home was truly a great home to stay in. However, if you are traveling with children or not in good physical condition, I wouldn't recommend as the beach isn't easily accessible. We had to pull the wagon down a long skinny nature trail, pick it up many steps, walk down the long dock, and back up and down many more steps while the children also had to carry things. If you have older children that can actually help then it's not as big of deal, but, if you have littles, I wouldn't recommend. It would also be good to note you have to walk down a little nature trail to get to the pool as well. It would be helpful if the home or emails would include some details as to how to get to the pool and/or beach as we had to just figure it out. Our communication via emails was very slow and not great; however, once we checked in, the communication via text was great. I'd recommend the homeowners get better kitchen knives as they weren't the best and also some scissors in the kitchen would be helpful for guests. The water pressure upstairs was non-existent if someone on the lower level was showering, however, outside of that it was great pressure - you just can't shower at the same time. If you're looking for a place to just get away and relax and don't have much to take to the beach but a chair and a bag then I'd recommend. However, if you fit the description I stated above, I'd find a place with easier beach access.
