House was perfect for our family of 5 with two dogs. Just what we needed for a relaxing and easy Spring Break. Lots of communication along the way, host responsive the one time we had a request and check in/out was simple. We are frequent visitors and will absolutely try to stay at this location again in the future.

The pictures just don't do this place justice, everything was beautiful and so clean! Walking to the beach was quick and easy. It felt like the beach was ours and ours alone, as even though there are other houses and people the area was so calm. Watching the sunset and dolphins jumping from the porch was a highlight! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation away from the noise of other resort destinations.

Three generations of our family enjoyed this property. The younger ones loved the easy access to the water, the older ones enjoyed watching from the deck. The house is not large, but the layout is very good and the views of the beach are maximized. We loved how peaceful the island is. We also loved waking up to the sunrise views, and relaxing watching the shooting stars from the hot tub. The pool table was a convenient distraction when we had a rainy day. The grill was small and inconvenient for those of us used to full sized gas grills. Other than that, we had no complaints.

We had the best time in this beautiful perfectly located home. Literally steps to the beach with wonderful views. We ate all of our meals on the large deck and appreciated our he gate along with the fenced in area for our fur babies. Communication with the host was great and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

A House on the Beach

My favorite part of this home is the covered porch on the beach, about as close to the surf as it is possible to be. It is where I spent most of my time. It almost obviates the need to actually go to the beach because it is right there; but, of course I do because it is the place I prefer to be. I started and ended the days with walks, first one way, then the other. Unlike many places on the coast, the beach is quiet and not overpopulated, mainly because St. George Island does not have high-rise condos, or any large condos for that matter, at least that I noticed. You'll love this place. I did.

This property is amazing. My family and myself had such a relaxing vacation. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We spent most of our time on the beach and the very large deck on the back of the home. I have been vacationing at St George Island for many years and this home was perfect! Great Christmas beach vacation!

The location of this house could not be any better! Directly on the beach, and while we were there it was very quiet with only a few others around us which was great for our 2 dogs! The house is set up perfectly for pups. Fenced in yard and completely secured, gated covered porch where the dogs could hang and we had no worries about them getting out. The hot tub was super clean (I'm always worried about this) and so nice to have since we were there in December when it was not super hot. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We had one small issue with the water heater but as soon as I called the owners they did everything they could to resolve it as quickly as possible. GREAT communication from owners! We would definitely like to visit again in the summer, however could not have asked for a better winter Christmas vacation for our family and fur babies!

Great beach house

The house was nice as advertised, and we enjoyed all the amenities--hot tub, game room, large deck. Beach access was easy and we made use of some of the chairs and umbrellas. There's also a great cornhole set! The house was comfortable and big enough for 6 (plus a toddler).

Sensation place!

Fantastic location. Very quite and peaceful. Only steps to the beach. We loved the setup for our fur baby. Small fenced in area off the back deck kept her safe and secured. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Thanksgiving Get-a-way

Beautiful house tucked in by the beach. This was a wonderful experience. The house had everything you would need and more. The view was the focal point of this house. Huge porch for our pups to sit and watch the beach! Great downstairs area for the kids. We felt safe & sound. We already tried to book for the 4th and this place is booked out till August! Amazing!

Perfect!

Sea Ya was perfect for our family. We have two dogs and finding a place with a fenced in yard ON THE BEACH made this the perfect forever beach house for us. We also loved the large (gated and partially covered) deck. And all the provided beach supplies - chairs, toys, etc. And it was great that bikes were included. They were perfect for a quick trip into town (but wouldn't be ideal if someone wanted to traverse the entire island). Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. We have already booked for 2023!!

Beach paradise

This house is beautiful and perfect for a family of 8. We loved the activities it provided for all of us. Upon arrival after check in time, the house was not ready as the cleaning service was still cleaning. The owner came right over to check on the delay. After they left, I noticed a lot of dog hair every where. So much that we had to rewash all the linens on the beds, vacuum and mop all the floors, and wipe down the furniture. This did not hinder our enjoyment of the property.. My son wants to return to this property next year!

SeeYa property stay for 7/24/2021-7/31/2021.

This property (SeeYa) fit our needs perfectly and we enjoyed the week here (this was our 10th or so year vacationing on the island). We chose this property this year because of the location, pet-friendly with yard, and the bedroom accommodations (master, second bedroom with extra futon/bed, and third bedroom with single full bed). The bedrooms fit our families better than those with dual twins or bunks. We really enjoyed the comfort of this beach house and were impressed at how well-maintained and well-appointed it is. The additional amenities (games, yard for dogs, hot tub, and beach equipment) were extras that we haven't had before. We hope to be able to enjoy this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was even better in person than what the pictures showed online. Our favorite part was the deck, it was amazing, the perfect view of the ocean. We would try to book this same house again next time!

AMAZING beachfront home!

My family and I had a great time at Sea Ya! It was exactly as seen and described.... honestly even better! These owners truly thought of all the things you need. We had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas (even though we had brought our own) along with sand toys foe the kids. The fenced in yard was awesome for the pup and the kids. Communication with the owner was super easy and they even checked in to make sure things were going good! We would go back to this house every time we go back to SGI if it is available!

Spring Break with the family

Everything was perfect! Plenty of space and beds for our family of 5 (3 school aged kids) and 1 year old pup. We all enjoyed the bikes, pool table and hot tub...The beach access at the tips of our toes was amazing...The fall-through proof railing on the huge deck and fenced in little yard was perfect and provided a no stress way for us to allow our dog to enjoy the fresh air outside even when we weren't out there with her. Second property we've rented from these owners and we very much appreciated the consistent quality of our accommodations. Thanks!

Loved Sea Ya!

Sea Ya was perfect for two couples and our dogs. The location and view from the deck are excellent! The house was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We've stayed at many beach houses and have never seen so much dolphin activity as we did last week at St. George! Tom and Lucinda were always responsive to our questions and very easy to work with. Beautiful Place

We had a very relaxing stay at Sea-Ya! I loved being directly on the water and listening to the waves every day. We would definitely rent this beautiful house again. It was wonderful!
