'The room was nice, but check-in was a hassle. No clear instructions that you need to go to a different hotel for the keys. Elevator was also closed at night, which made getting luggage upstairs impossible with physical limitations, so we had to go back to the other hotel to switch to a first floor room.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. Staff’s were very accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious.'
