'I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is comfortable staying in a non-corporate and somewhat dated property. The rooms seem to have been updated recently; ours was updated, clean and comfortable, with new bedding. I have no complaints, and overall I think this was incredible value for what we paid. Several comments have dinged the property for the condition of the parking lot, age of the building, etc. It's true the property needs some work, and the owners are making progress. If you need...

'The cabin is clean with all the amenities you could ever want! A short walk to the heated shower house cometw with flush toilets and laundry. Quiet, sky full of stars, close to food and plenty of places.to walk. Its our 3rd stay here and we hope to come again!'

'The cabin must be brand new and, while compact, feels spacious because of the high ceilings and comfortably stylish decor. We had everything we needed, including a very comfortable mattress. We didn’t have a chance to cook but easily could have as everything needed to prepare and enjoy a meal was on hand. Host was always extremely quick to respond to our messages. Location is super convenient with a grocery store less than 5 minutes drive.'

'This is a beautiful location on the lake - the view was amazing. It was nice for a family gathering around the fire pit. The host was very communicative before check in about the process, and throughout our stay and was friendly. There was a very distinct sulfur smell to the hot water that was very strong, but once we ran the shower for a while it lessened (with the window open). '

'Everything you could need and more. Very clean and comfortable with direct access to trails. Owner was fantastic, met us at property and able to provide sledding tips for area. Will definitely stay again.'
