'We were in northern Maine for a friends memorial service and this house on the lake was the perfect choice for us. Check in communication and entry was easy, the house was clean and seems brand new. Wifi worked fine. The finishes and furnishings were first class, bathrooms clean and large, bedrooms/linens top notch. We had some friends over and the outdoor tables and chairs and grill were perfect for an outdoor lake day. Watch the sunset and listen to the loons from the dock. Highly recommend. '

'What a wonderful stay we had at the Old Iron Inn B&B! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. It was very comfortable! The breakfasts were Devine! The muffins delicious-Kate is definitely the muffin queen for a reason! The eggs were fresh from the farm…Really my husband hasn’t stopped talking about his omelette since we left! But the most wonderful thing about our experience at this B&B were our hosts! They were welcoming, warm and great to talk to! We totally enjoyed our stay here...
