Had an issue with the hot tub in removing the soft cover and leaves getting into the hot tub. The owners and manager responded within literally minutes. They sent someone over right away and it was cleaned by the time that we returned to the house an hour later. 'Do not be fooled by the lack of reviews. This property was amazing. My boyfriend and I booked a short week stay and it was not enough. The host was readily available to answer all our questions and communicated where everything was in the cabin, down to the light switches. There is everything you could need.
