'We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one).'

'There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...

'Percy, our host, was just awesome. His communications with us were great from very beginning to just before arrival with check-in instructions. He even allowed a change in arrival date from original reservation.The property was excellent and clean and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly. It gave us a comfortable place to relax and we all slept well both nights after the events surrounding my Mother's 100 birthday. Highly Recommended!'

'Do NOT stay here. Seriously, don’t do it. If you hate feeling comfortable, sleeping in ridiculously cozy beds, and being treated like a valued guest, this place is your worst nightmare.First of all, the hosts had the audacity to keep the entire space spotless. Like, excuse me? Where’s the grime? The dust? Nowhere to be found. The yard? Immaculately kept. Absolutely disgusting.And let’s talk about the complimentary coffee. Oh, I drank it. Every. Single. Morning. And I hated how much I enjoyed it....
