'The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans'

'Nice spacious apartment for a weeks stay in NOLA. Location is great! Unfortunately no parking on property. Had to pay for street parking and pay every 2 hours during the day. Or pay a lot mor inthe parking structure.Wish they could make a good deal woth near by properys for parking. Very close to everything we wanted to do! '

'Oud hotel, wel schoon. Moesten $ 38,23 per dag extra betalen voor parkeergarage. Tevens het dagelijkse “kick back menu” hoeft voor ons niet omdat we op dit tijdstip niet in het hotel waren (betaal je dus indirect wel voor). '

'This is a beautiful hotel, it has real French charm. Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds. Sheets could be bit softer. Service is great, love the coffee/tea service at your door each morning. Breakfast was delightful. Loved the speakeasy room and love the decor of the bar area. We will be back!'

'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'

'We stayed for 4 nights near the end of September. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were great! Also, whoever was answering my texts were also very helpful. We stayed in a queen suite room, highly recommend. The pool and hot tub area was quaint, perfect for the whole setting / ambience /vibe of the Kasa and New Orleans. There was a rooftop bar area which was closed, but honestly, there are enough bars around the area, that we didn't need another one, lol. Great place, and...

'Conveniently located in walking distance of everything but far enough from the French Quarter to avoid the chaos. Great spots to meet friends and gather for drinks, especially in the Peacock room. Skilled bar staff who remembered our drink preferences after the first day (and we were a group of 12). I’d only recommend they reserve one floor for no pets since there were tons of dogs and I’m highly allergic. But other than that, I’d recommend this hotel highly. '

"Convenient, safe, large room and close to everything. Only thing: they should do something about shower. One has to keep the water running for nearly five minutes until it gets warm enough to shower. For a hotel with that many rooms a waste of a lot of water. "
