Please note that this is a multi-level historic home with steeper-than-average stairs. All bedrooms are located on the upper levels and one in the basement. There are two bathrooms: a second-floor bathroom featuring a compact clawfoot soaking tub and a main-floor bathroom with the home's only shower. As is common in many historic homes, both bathrooms are smaller than those found in newer construction.

The home does not have central air conditioning. Window A/C units are installed in three bedrooms, and the third floor has its own portable A/C unit. However, during peak summer months, particularly when temperatures exceed 75°F, the third floor can become quite warm and may be less comfortable for sleeping.
