'Staff here are amazing and kind. The pool and gym was a big thing for us not to mention the awesome breakfast they serve in the mornings. Lots of food options nearby if you DoorDash, easy parking, and room was perfect for our family of 4. This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I plan to return for a 4th next time I come back to Spokane. Definitely recommend staying here. '

'Amazing Hotel that really lives up to its history. Desk clerk was a little snarky when he told me check in was at 4. No tone of sorry but we cannot check in until 4. It was " YOU CAN CHECK IN AT 4. This was at 3. No worries if there are no rooms available, as we had a suite. Just needs to work on his deskside manor a bit. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely amazing and the rest of the staff were terrific. '

'The room was clean and comfortable we stayed twice within 4 days and both times the staff were excellent friendly (they remembered us) and helpful! Only drawback is you have to pay $30 for parking, you could park on the street, but lots of sketchy people on the streets of Spokane. 'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Very impressed with the quality delivered for the price! Room was great, quiet and well appointed, breakfast was superb; lots on offer and tasty. All in all I was very pleasantly surprised. It's also located in the center of shopping and places to eat. '

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
