Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay.'

Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Room was not clean. Asked for clean sheets after finding hair and makeup on them and they switched us to another room but that room was even worse. This hotel was so gross, I gathered my stuff and left. Paid for another hotel to sleep in peace and cleanliness. I would not recomend.'
