'Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. '

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!'

'Hotel did not match the photos or expectations set on Expedia. Room was dark, outdated, and had a musty odor. The carpet was old and unclean, and overall the property is worn down and poorly maintained. The AC was loud, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there is a freight train directly behind the hotel, loud enough that the hotel provides guest rooms with ear plugs! The bed was overly soft and dingy. There was only a rough sheet and an extremely thin cover that barely functioned...
