'This property is wonderful, from staff to location. We took the train from FCO to Santa Marinella. It was quick and easy and a 20 minute walk from th drop off location to the hotel. There are many local and convenient restaurants. There's access to their private beach. Staff are very resourceful and helpful. Unfortunately we were only there for a night due to a cruise trip but I hope to return to this location with my immediate family.'

"We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want.
In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken.
