'Arrived very early for our check-in. Signage to locate was a bit confusing. Michael showed up and was extremely hospitable to get us into room early. Staff was very friendly and location is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.'

'All amenities were available. Air conditioning was working well and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with helpful items we needed. The rooms were comfy and cozy. Anna in particular was very helpful and so sweet. She assisted us in getting oriented and directed us when we asked. She was really great. All in all, we had a great stay!'

'The area around and the accomadations are very nice. The stairways to the door that is a common area does not reflect how nice it is inside. Super quite, perfect place to stay before cruise or if you’re just checking out the city.'

'The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. The location was perfect for a one-night stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants. When we booked the room, we were told breakfast was included. Then we received an email that breakfast...

'Marco was an amazing host! Very responsive and hospitable- made us so welcome and even made us coffee and breakfast and visited with us in the morning. We stayed here 1 night before our cruise. Location was great - walkable to Lago Della Pace port where our cruise shuttle picked us up. Highly recommend for a great experience!'
