'We were in town as a large family group for the funeral of our grandmother/mother. It was nice to be able to have us all together in one place and be so close to Smithville to visit family. The A Frame was cozy and clean. Unfortunately one of the sleeper sofas was broken so we had to reconfigure a bit. One of the tvs downstairs was broken as well. 'This is a spacious cabin with expansive, beautiful, remote property to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, like-new hot tub with awesome jets, screened in porch and very comfortable furniture and beds throughout. The space is very well decorated in a cozy, but very contemporary style. It was perfect for all ages and allowed for the relaxed family meet up we envisioned. My 8 & 9 year old loved the swing in the yard and exploring the woods and the pond. '
