'Historical does not equal run down and that’s what we experienced unfortunately. In addition, the popcorn they popped daily made the place smell and someone spilled in the elevator…in the 3 days we spent there it was never picked up by staff. Everything felt like the staff just did not care. However, I will say the beds were comfortable and I slept very well each night, the showers, heating and cooling in the rooms all very comfortable as well.'

'The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was...

'They don't have a gym or pool. And breakfast didn't have a lot of choices. Other than that. Beds are definitely comfy and AC worked awesome'
