« The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for. »

« The hotel is very close to Holiday World and convenient to fast food. Staff was friendly and very helpful. But, maintenance is lacking. Chairs on the outside patio were broken. So, we couldn’t sit outside. The shower handle was about to fall off. There was no towel hanger on the door. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work. The phone barely worked when I tried to call guest services. But, the worst was the beds were hard as a board. I could have just slept on the floor. I will never stay there...

« Chose this hotel because it was close to a nearby town. I saw the outside and thought, "It's ok, it's only two nights. I've stayed in a similar place and the room is a clean refuge from a seedy outside." Nope. I took my stuff and stayed at my brother's house.
