'There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

'Great hospitality!! Host was on porch waiting for us to arrive to make sure we got in safely. Perfect for our one night stay to avoid traveling home in dark. Would stay again!!'

'Great overnight stay to break up my holiday travel! The loft was perfect for myself and 2 dogs with a private, fenced in backyard. Friendly and quick communication with both hosts, everything was cute, clean, and as pictured - would love to stay again!'
