'We went as a group and reserved 3 King rooms, one of which was needing a pet friendly place. The room and area were clean. However, I didn't appreciate that we reserved 3 rooms and arrived at 3 pm (check in time) and were told they had to change our rooms from a Single King to doubles and the price would remain the same. I notified them that we did need at least 1 room on the 1st floor to assist our handicap friend. I would prefer to have had what I reserved. Also, there was no shampoo or enough...
