'Bring your own dust cloth. Room had dust everywhere, with spider webs in several places, (they were covered in dust as well). Window screens are thick with dust which blows onto the window frames and bed with the windows open. The air-conditioning wasn't working so you will need the windows open for cooling, which will then let all the busy main road traffic noises in. Was given only half a roll of toilet paper and ignored when we asked for more and if we could do a load of laundry. This is...

'Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!'
