« Great room, renovated and well sized. The rest is just ok »

« Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute? »

« The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. « Our first impression walking into the hotel was very good. The hotel staff was very nice and got us our room quickly. Once we got to the room, our sheets had some stains but they looked clean. The mattresses were not the worst, but not the best, could have been a little more comfortable. Not sure if our beds were missing blankets, but all we had was 2 thin sheets and the top one was scratchy. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety to choose from. « I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious. I slept in so I didn’t try the breakfast but my husband liked it. I love the light colors in the decor. They are inviting, relaxing, and cheerful. I would 100%...

« Enjoyed the pool. Missed a hot tub, breakfast was great and David went above and beyond »

« Cet hôtel aurait pu être bien. Néanmoins 1 des ascenseurs était hors service donc très très longue attente l'appareil à gaufres était hors service et rien pour remplacer... Et la route devant très bruyante, donc séjour très mitigé dans l'ensemble... »
