Booking Policy
• Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
• Early payment is permitted; however, card fees of up to 3% are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
• Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation Policy
• Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 to 30 days before arrival.
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
