'Our one meal at Solaris was well below par. Staff was accommodating, however the food was substandard. Most of the staff of the beach were very helpful. However two young men would start stand behind guests at 4 pm each day so they could stack the beach chairs and umbrellas. It was uncomfortable and not something I’ve experienced before at the resort. Our family has been staying at the Reefs since the 1980’s, the older owner generation was remarkable and always made our stays exceptional....

'The cabana king room was lovely, but generally, I did not think the service lived up to the Rosewood brand. The staff were all very friendly, but perhaps they were spread too thin? Examples: the staff in London never ask for our name (and room) as they learn them immediately. Not true here. More importantly, the service throughout was slow. I had to call twice for more bottles of water (they were too small) and waited 45 minutes to get them replenished in our room despite the room having earlier...
