Appartementen in Southampton

'Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy...

'Room was clean , host was very responsive ,just a little farther away from the port than we expected .Overall we had a nice stay'

'The apartment itself was clean and tidy however the entry and stairs getting to the apartment were covered in old dirty and smelly carpet. The light in the bathroom did not work but was partially rectified by the delivery of a battery operated unit. 'The flat is well located next the the multi storey car park. It is well equipped with all one might need.It was super clean and well prepared. The bedroom carpet is old and torn. There is a back entrance which leads to the car parking. The flats have a very serious rat infestation in this access. The instructions for finding the keys were comprehensive but were not sent until after arrival Overall my stay was not marred by these minor points.'

I don't normally check my email while on vacation, but I just happened to check and saw a message that carpet cleaners would be coming. There is not a safe at the property and even if we locked our travel documents in our suitcases, there's nothing stopping a thief from taking the whole suitcase. So we...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aethelred annexe. Miles' directions and recommendations were detailed and accurate. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet with access to the rear garden and car parking just outside the front door. The large modern bathroom was a delight. Thankyou for the unexpected treats. Highly recommended.'
