'We loved being able to break our journey at a dog friendly motel. It was comfortable and convenient place to stay. Motel staff were lovely.'

'The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the steps to and from the carpark. They were spiral steps which are old, very rough and difficult to walk on especially carrying a heavy bag. They may be OK for someone younger than my 75 years but I found I had to be very careful negotiating them. Otherwise an excellant place stay with fantastic views and helpful, pleasant staff.'

'The room is very rundown. The wall in the bathroom/toilet were cracked, the cupboard doors were chipped. The soap holder in the shower was mouldy and loose which needs a very good clean and fixed. Overall the room is very outdated for the price we paid. It definitely needs some renovations/refresh.'

'Hoewel wij er als koppel verbleven was de accommodatie geschikt voor een gezin met 3 kinderen. Het huisje ligt op 100m lopen van het strand en is van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief een complete kitchenette. Het was bijzonder schoon evenals het beddegoed en de badlakens etc. De zeer vriendelijke staff gaf goede tips over restaurants en omgeving.'

'Clean room, had everything we needed '

'Previously I have always booked moon river without problems, but the last experience was uncalled for, being treated rudely by staff in the restaurant and delivery food to our table that had watered down smoked BBQ sauce and trying to pass it off as sweet and sour, plus the meat was undercooked. I felt discriminated against and treated poorly, I travel all the time and I will no longer use your motel. '

'Fabulous location for relaxing, gorgeous view and access to walkway, cafe and RSL. Delightful staff too. A very enjoyable experience '
