'nice place to stay for a short term trip and within walking distance to popular locations. the staff at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming and he seemed very annoyed when i needed assistance or had questions, luckily i only had a one night stay.'

'This hostel is a fantastic place to stay if you wish to be centrally located in Chinatown and close to all forms of public transit. The room was perfectly adequate, with the exception of the a/c which was fabulous. I wouldn't consider what they offered in the morning as breakfast (bread, jam, peanut butter, cereal), but it was free. They offered instant coffee and tea all day. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I would stay here again!'

'When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which...

'Poorly maintained. Broken showers. No warm water. Flooding drainage. Bed bugs.'
