'Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

'This house is in an excellent location with very close proximity to Chatham village, Oyster Pond and Lighthouse Beach. It was easy to go for a run in the morning and stop for coffee on the way back! The home is in a very central Cape Cod location making it easy for us to have maximized our vacation to see and enjoy everything from the lower to the upper cape and Martha’s Vineyard. We highly recommend a trip to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Eat at Caroline's nearby and hit as many ice cream places as time permits, esp if you’re from California like we are, as nothing beats the local fresh dairy creme out there!
